Hungry For Breakfast? Eat This!
When we heard that Anthony Bourdain had filmed and eaten at Eat, we had to check it out. After all, if it’s good enough for Bourdain, it certainly is good enough for us! Eat is the dream-vision of Colorado native chef Natalie Young made a reality by Tony Hsieh’s Downtown Project. This hip breakfast and lunch spot located on the corner of 7th and Carson is just across the way from the Container Park. The interior has a rustic/industrial-chic vibe complete with exposed ductwork, decorative reclaimed wood wall features, metal chairs, black and white photography, and concrete flooring. It is a cozy restaurant that was pretty hoppin’ when we went mid-week around 1:00pm.
